About CNE Network, Inc.
General Information
CNE Network, Inc., or " Community News & Entertainment Network Incorporated " is a corporation aiming to inform, to educate, and entertain through its Radio ( RI or Radio Internet) and its IPTV or Internet Platform Television based in the USA , more precisely in Los Angeles, California. Using modern digital technology, and reliable communication on the Internet , CNE Network broadcasts content of interest to the global community in general, particularly intended to Africans in the Diaspora.
This getaway to the global community is comprised of a first degree broadcast station in Toronto Canada, and offices around the globe, from where volunteers journalists and reporters contribute to provide information to the community we serve. The current offices are located in Australia, Cameroon, Germany, France, Canada (Montreal), and South Africa. Other stations/offices are in the process of being created to broaden the network and the informational space of CNE.
Our television and radio programs which are of interest to the community, contribute to educate the community, to promote the general interest and wellbeing, to bridge communities and thus promote the exchange of information , culture, and entertainment.
Main Objectives
In this globalize world where information is critical, the CNE Network is open to individuals from different walks of life, political, social, cultural, etc., to explore ideas, engage each other in the hope of finding a common ground for a viable solution to the problems plaguing mankind.
By creating this platform where citizens of the world of all expression can make their voices heard, we contribute to the following objectives:
-Bringing the Voices to the surface in support of "Voiceless ".
-Bringing the Faces to the public
-Bringing the Information to the people.
Company Status
CNE Network, Inc. which is comprised of two main broadcast divisions; the television division which was established in 2009, more precisely on July 10, followed by the radio division, established on April 29, 2011, is a non-profit California corporation under the 501 (c) 3 of the revenue code. Contributions and donations to support our programs are welcome and are tax deductible.
For profit activities
Our effort is also to contribute in giving additional visibility to the products and services offered by entrepreneurs, business men and women from all board , through the various advertisements we provide either on the website, on TV, Radio, or Newsletter.
The Pay-Per-View movie section, although contributing to promote producers and filmmakers, was designed to generate money which could be used for current operating of the company.
Conclusion
Finally, the company which is not subject to any pressure of any group, was founded by a young and talented man assisted by his son, and today a staff of journalists and reporters located around the world keep the flame lit for your viewing and listening pleasure.

We recently introduced paid subscription on selected programs to help us support our all-volunteer staff who work hard and diligently to bring information to the community. We certainly need your financial support for our current operating, or earmarked to the productions of a specific programs of interest to the community.

CNE Network, Inc., en Anglais “Community News & Entertainment, Network Incorporated” est un réseau d’information, d’éducation, et de divertissement à travers sa Radio (RI ou Radio Internet) et Télévision (IPTV ou Télévision sur la plate-forme internet), basé aux USA, plus précisément à Los Angeles en Californie, et dotée d’une technologie numérique moderne qui lui permet d’utiliser les moyens disponibles pour une communication fiable sur internet; cette chaine émet à travers le monde entier des programmes d’intérêt général destines à la communauté toute entière, particulièrement aux Africains de la Diaspora.
Le réseau CNE est constitué d’une station de premier degré à Toronto Canada, et des bureaux dans certains pays d’où les journalistes et reporters contribuent à cet apport d’information pour la communauté que nous servons. Les bureaux actuels sont situés en Australie, au Cameroun, en Allemagne, en France, au Canada (Montreal), et en Afrique du Sud. D’autres stations/bureaux sont en voie d’être installé(es) pour élargir le réseau et l’espace d’information de la CNE.
Nos programmes radio et télévision sont diffusés dans le but de sensibiliser la Communauté afin de promouvoir l'intérêt général, de créer une liaison solide entre les communautés, et de favoriser ainsi l'échange d’information, échange culturel, et divertissement.
Objectifs Principaux
Dans cet environnement globalisé où l’information est capitale, le réseau CNE est ouvert aux individus de divers horizons de la vie, à savoir politique, sociale, culturelle, etc. pour explorer les idées, s’engager les uns les autres dans l’espoir de trouver un terrain d’entente pour une solution viable aux problèmes qui minent l’humanité.
En créant cette plate-forme où les citoyens du monde de toute expression viennent faire entendre leur voix, nous contribuons aux principaux objectifs suivants:
- Permettre aux “Sans-Voix” de s’exprimer
- Offrir une occasion à des personnalités de se faire connaitre.
- Donner l’information, la vraie aux personnes qui veulent s’informer sur la vie du continent Africain.
Statut Administratif
La CNE, est constituée d’un département audio-visuel : La télévision qui fut mise sur pied en 2009, plus précisément le 10 Juillet, suivie de la radio le 29 Avril 2011. La CNE est une corporation à but non lucratif et reconnue par l’État de la Californie et opérant sous le régime de la non-imposition par l’état fédéral des USA. Les contributions et donations pour soutenir nos programmes que nous diffusons vers les Communautés en general, et la Diaspora Africaine en particulier sont les bienvenues.
Activités Lucratives
Notre effort est aussi de contribuer à faire connaitre les produits et services offerts par les entrepreneurs, hommes et femmes d’affaire de tout bord, à travers les diverses publicistes soit sur le site, par télé, ou radio.
La section films sur demande ou “Pay-Per-View”, non seulement contribue à exposer les divers producteurs, mais cette section a pour objectif d’apporter une bouffée d’oxygène sur le plan financier en vue de financer les opérations courantes de la CNE.
Enfin, cette entreprise qui n’est soumise à aucune pression d’un quelconque groupe, a été fondée par une jeune dynamique de la Diaspora assisté de son fils, et donc la dimension mondiale qu’elle s’est dote fait non seulement la fierté de l’équipe qui travaille sans cesse pour produire les programmes adéquats, mais aussi la fierté des téléspectateurs et auditeurs.
