Dan & Liz refuse to take the HIV test and wonder why Jane who is a virgin takes the test. However, James, one of their friends lives with virus normally while Claudia, another friend of theirs who abandonned her HIV results at the hospital becomes sick of AIDS. These inspires Dan and Liz to take the HIV test.
