The Snow is yet to melt off the wallets and bank accounts of many givers after the 2013 Christmas expenditures that many families incurred under the obligation to give presents to various people on their lists. Giving is considered an art and should rarely be made to be an obligation. When giving is coerced or forced it defeats the expected satisfaction usually derived from the giver after satisfying the needs of the receiver.
